PayPal and Google provide sandbox modes for testing your implementation. The payment examples below
use sandbox modes that simulate transactions using fake accounts.
PayPal
If you already have a PayPal Sandbox account login now
then continue "shopping".
Otherwise, consult the
Sandbox User Guide.
Follow Chapter 2 to get Sandbox access and Chapter 3 to create preconfigured buyer (personal),
preconfigured seller (business), and Website Payment Pro accounts. Record the emails and passwords below.
Login to your Sandbox account, then login to the Website Payments Pro business account. Choose My Account and Verify the account
if it is not already verified. Choose My Account, Profile. Then pick Request API Credentials under Account information and
set up PayPal API credentials and permissions by requesting an API Signature.
Google Checkout
Google doesn't require a separate sandbox account to get access to the sandbox, instead
simply using fake sandbox buyer and fake sandbox seller accounts.
Create sandbox buyer and
seller accounts.
Then sign in
to your merchant account. Click settings. Click integration. Note your merchant Key and ID.
Enter your account information below. Passwords are optional.
